I would be very grateful for any comments on the design of my site particularly how I might improve the design

Believe it or not it has taken me two years to get this far. I keep designing a site and then changing my mind after twoi months.

Well tghis is the latest incarnation and this time I intend to stay with the format.

Hi!
I have been through your site and don't really understand what it is you folks provide. The only thing I could find that was strange was a Google search on your domain: www.visualoffice.co.uk, yeilds a URL of http://www.mail-gb.com/, both have PR0. I would build my site around one URL for starters and leave the re-directs alone. Your site looks fine and works fine but it is written in terms that are too "techy" for me. I am sure your target customers know what you mean? I don't, I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. Maybe someone will chime in. Looks and behaves well under IEXP 6.01. Best of luck!

The site needs to do a better job of articulating the unique business proposition. Quite frankly, the features which are atypical do not have context. It is never explained in what situation you'd use the features.

Quote:
a world class personal email solution, unmatched in capability
Anyone conscious through the last decade gets suspicious when the words "world class" and "solution" are used. When two of these 90isms are used in the same sentence, it is probably a good idea to follow up with information. If not, the claim comes off sounding like hyperbole.

What would be unmatched is something like this, fleshed out, fully formed and user tested. Why? Because it at least in some small way concerns the drawbacks of email. That, and it explains why what is proposed does something about user's concerns.

Hyperbole, in a posthype era, is a signal the product or service is missing the exact thing hyped.
