Hi!
I have spent about 15 min. on your site and want to rent the "big house" already ;)! Your site is carrying a PR4, which is acceptable for this type of smaller size site. Do you rank well for your search terms?
I have found something that is a big personal "put-off" to me as a site owner. Inconsistencies and composition problems in your text. You should really offer your lists of features (site wide) in a consistant manner. In the upper right corner of your site you have a nice statement on your location and right below it an unfinished sentence about the "magic" w/o a capital letter and punctuation. "Features", on the front page: Southfacing Pool & below that "not overlooked large deck" (lower case) looks weird and sounds even moreso. Throughout the site wherever you present a list of features you go from upper case to lower case and back again. Start them all upper case go to the 3 bedroom townhouse for an example and make every word or words begin with a capital letter (upper case) Playpen, Video game system, that sort of thing. You are writing sentences that are paragraphs. It's being caught in the Comma-kazi trap. Get rid of half of those commas and re-construct them into actual understandable, everyday language. I am assuming you are trying to incoporate search terms but the descrptions are long, disjointed and confusing at first glance. Sure I can "GET" the message but why should I have to. Write them out smoothly as if we were speaking fluidly and don't be afraid of using a (.) period and starting a new sentence. Other than some grammarical issues, I do like your site a lot! Best of luck!
Chuck
