Just doing a bit of reciprocation here.

Had a look at your site, found it very easy to navigate and readable.

I did find a few spelling errors. On Contact Us, comments is mis-spelled, and in FAQ No4 "We can order for your.", No 6 "you can retur it", No 5 "shippment", No 1 "expceted". I'm sorry, but I never checked all the other pages, it's just that those errors jumped out at me.

As far as SEO and ranking goes, I'm as new as you are but I will make a suggestion or two. If someone was looking for "Chute Box" or looking for "skate shorts", would they type in any of these words? "Welcome to Casca-Grossa.com - Your Best Source for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,
NHB & Grappling Gear!". On Google there were only 14200 entries for "Chute Box" and 0 for "Arrebentcacao", so perhaps it would be better if these words were in the title, as I believe the title is important. In a way your company name is the least important of your keywords, title, description.
My apologies if I have rambled on, but it did jump out at me once I was told.

thanks for the help. I do have most of the works in the page key words, and I thought it was what the search engines use before the title. Guess I'll have to do some research to figure this out. I'll share my findings with you.
