BUSINESS PLAN SOFTWARE: PC World "Best Buy" BizPlanBuilder
Specifically
1. Can you readily tell what the site is about?
2. Does the support button in navigation make you think it's going to tell you about
the charities it supports?

3. Is the navigation in general clear
This is a potential new client who loves his site but wants SEO help.
His main product is business plan software, which got rave reviews albeit several years ago.
If you have any comments, criticism's etc I would love and respect
your input.

Hi,

I thought it was easy to instantly tell what the site was about, thought support would mean help rather than charity, and though the navigation was ok, although could be made clearer - the long drop down menus are a bit overwhelming.

I find the code untidy, CSS I always thought should be in folder, so it does not need to reload every time the page loads. Quite slow web to load. Even the contact us page. Menus bit crowded, Support not clear. Perhaps it should read "Who we support". As if I understood what the site is all about, yes, that is clear enough. Once again shy to disclose physical location.

I think the site looks good, and it's plain to see what it is about.

Support to me always means technical support, I don't think there is any confusion about that.

One suggestion - if it is a PC World Best Buy, IWHT they would have a logo for that, which you would be entitled to display on your page.
