Default related sites...

lentin hello,

Your site is great... I think though if you surf some other related sites you will get ideas on how it might be improved...

Some of the things you could consider doing:

1. Design, or have someone design a cool logo for your business.

2. Try a navigation area on the left-hand side of the page, you can have two navigation areas, the horizontal bar across the top is a great start. Look on my site to see what I mean, www.originalwebsites.com you do not need the fancy rollovers, text links are fine.

I hope this helps you...

Cheers

Maybe you should consider changing the green font on the green background.

Agree with Bodhi about the logo, it is very important for a business to have a logo.

Hope it helps.

You have done a very good job building your website. It loads fast, and is easy to navigate. Your source code is simple and uncomplicated, which will be a definite plus for the search engine robots.

I would like to make a couple of suggestions:

Expand your title, with the actual title of your site coming at the end. For example, I'd say something like this: For the finest apartment hotel accomodations in the Greek Isles, visit the Olive Grove Apartment Hotel.

I would also add the Greek Isles or Greek Islands in your meta description and/or keywords.

Please don't assume that all your visitors would be coming from the UK. I would also include prices in U.S. dollars and in Euros.

In the United States, when we refer to lodging, the word "accomodation" is plural. I do not know what would be typically used in the U.K.

A great start for a beginner! Best wishes.

Thank you all so much for your comments. I have done a logo, but not had time to put it on yet.

I have two questions to ask, and these are:-

Bodhi, is there any reason why I should have both a vertical and horizontal bar, surely this just makes it more complicated for such a simple site?

Cpcoronel, do you find the green on green hard to read? Would it be better if not all bold?

Najoba, in the UK we very rarely use "lodging". We invariably use accommodation. Its a bit like sheep, single and plural. Thanks for the title description. Being male I can find it quite difficult to flower things up. I believe women are much better than men at that. I will also look at doing dollars and euros, but Brits do an awful lot of drinking!!!

Thanks again for your comments.

regards

Len

Hi,

I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear enough. What I meant was that accomodation is used in its plural form here in the United States....accomodations.
