It's an impressive Job search website and also a resume management system which allows you to show not just your resume but also cover letters, portfolios, videos or anything else you desire all in one link. It's like having your own professional website to showcase your skills to potential employers.

I think the look and feel of the website is good. I have registered and tried the resume management system and I love it! May I know how prospective employer search for my resume? I believe if there is an instruction on how to use the website will be good, eg: step-by-step from register to uploading or write resume and may be show a few examples.
As I can't find any instruction in your site.
