As a53mp says, it appears to be similar to thousands of other E-Book sites. Still, I'll give you a couple of comments.

First I spotted two instances on the page where you used "too", and should have used "to". "Too" can be comfortably replaced with "also". But "to" might be used as in 'at, in the direction of, until, etc.'

Also, I see you have no meta tags set up. So unless you intend to buy email lists, or sell only through linked ads, don't expect much traffic. The search engines won't be interested in trying to figure out what your site is about, and you haven't told them.

FWIW, I did what you've written about, for a couple of years, and made darned good money doing it. Abandoned lockers can be a goldmine. But most people don't know about it, and your site may seem like just another get-rich-quick scheme. Good luck!

To be honest you lost me at first glance. In this ever declining economy people have become numb and fearful of money making web sites like this one and your effort in trying to play on my emotions just made it worse. I feel you would do much better if you lose the reasons why I need your product and just tell me what makes your product worth buying. I did a quick search on "make money from storage" and found many free pages telling me how and why I should do this. How is this PDF different? How can this book help me more than these free sites? You never say.
If a person is strapped to the point that bills are piling up and they are receiving phone calls from collectors, do you think that person will buy your product knowing it will cost them $37.00 for your product and then what ever the shed costs. No they will buy food or pay the phone bill and more than likely they will not have internet to even find your site or they will just take the idea and read free sites and save the money to spend it on a shed.
Personally I would change your approach. Everyone can always use more money even if they have a good job. Stay at home moms are looking to help out and make a little money as well and also single moms and dads could do this on the weekends. Gear your site to these people and tell them they can do it after work, part time and on the weekends "as most auctions like this are on the weekends to draw in more and more people". You could also include college students and young adults who are just starting out and are currently flipping burggers to get by. These people are more prone to buy your book.

Facts I would have pushed.
1. Make extra money. "Not the answer to all questions or life changing money"
2. Why I should buy this and why it is better than the free sites.
3. Can be done part time / spare time and weekends.
4. No prior knowledge required.
5. Easy to understand step by step instructions.

You also failed in providing credibility. Who are you? When I search your name or your topic you are no where to be found. Even your whois is blank and says you do not plan on being around for awhile.

Expiration Date: 21-Aug-2010 As seen here
Everything about this site calls scam to be honest.

You also fail in being believable on your site.

"Real life seller shows how he made". This is written in the third party. Not you.
"my name is Steven and I am about to tell". Now it is you.
"We will show you how to be your own boss". We?
"I have made thousands using auctions and classifieds with this exact method" You? Or is this a testimonial? If it is you it would be better wording to say "I have made thousands using the methods found in this book and want to show you how you can do the same".

Lastly make sure all of your order now buttons work as the top one does not. Also make sure your newsletter button works as again the top one doesn't.

Alot can be learned from watching late night TV when it comes to sales of this nature. Even most late night TV infomercials and advertisements have steered clear from coming across as 'this is the answer to your financial problems' and are now geared towards extra money, spare time, part time, no experience necessary, little or no money required and of course guaranteed. Instead of advertising financial freedom they are advertising financial stability and residual income.

The top part of your website seemed to be geared towards get rich quick where the bottom tended to be touching on the side of extra income. The issue is one would leave before they ever got to the bottom of your site.

Thank you so much for your honest truth. I tryed to write the best I could. I am just a cowboy who has worked his whole life and managed to be self dependent. I have owned and operated a construction company for 20 years. I sold it a while back ago. For 3 years now I have been buying storages and have done really well. All the statments made in the sales page are true.
I was not trying to make it look as if it was a get rich scam.
I have read all the articles on the web and they give you brief descriptions on what to do and look for, but there is so much more involved than what you read on the net.

Well thank you and I will do my best to re-edit the sales page.

I would also like to thank you for keeping a good attitude and having the understanding that myself and everyone else here is only trying to help.
I like many others here have been around the web a long time now and have seen good site owners and site designers fail for many reasons. As for me one reason stands out above all others. Attitude. Failure or success depends on attitude and hard work. You do not appear to be afraid of hard work and if your able to keep the same attitude that you have now I'm sure you and your site will do just fine.
