We know it is not fully optimized for search or accesibility - it will be. We are very interested in your feedback on the following: -visual appeal -navigation -UI -usefullness of features -any bugs that you encounter Thank you very much, Dean Jenkins |

Dean- First of all, GREAT concept! I like the general layout...very clean and lots of whitespace. Short pages, so not a lot of scrolling required. A few specific observations: In the Papayahead Features section, the text is VERY small. Also, the Drag & Drop is unclear. It doesn't respond to a drag, so I'm assuming it's meant to show me in what section I can drag & drop. But I'm left up in the air as to where, because I can't make out what sections are depicted. Once I make it to the meal construction page, the drag & drop feature is made more clear, but I think the way it's depicted on the homepage, just confuses. On the homepage, as I clicked through the different myths, after three or four, a bunch of code would suddenly appear, behind your bottom graphic. I tried it several times, and it doesn't happen on the same myth #, but after three or four clicks. Some of the homepage images were very fuzzy (and yes, I put my glasses on! Overall, I like it. I think it just needs some graphic polishing, and perhaps rethink the homepage drag & drop thing.

Doc,
Thanks for the feedback. The "papayahead features" graphic on the homepage is sort of an "ad about us" meant to create awareness and interest in our unique features. We'll have to think about your comments and the potential for confusion. Can you tell me what your platform (OS/Browser) is? We havn't seen the errors with the myths that you described on any of our test platforms. Thanks again, Dean |

Sorry, Dean. I'm on FF, 3.0.6. When I looked at it in IE 6, it did not occur.
This is (at least part of) the code that came up in FF: Quote:

Aside from the fact that BMI isn't the best indicator for healthiness (particularly if your stated intent is to dispel myths), you might want to look into the fact that your BMI indicator throws "Please Enter Valid Input.!" and will output a value of 25 whenever the user enters zero inches with their height - it'd be best to avoid outputting a BMI value if there is an error, and even-foot heights are not all that uncommon.
Some display issues on the /shoppinglist_view.php?list=1 page (using FF 3.5.3). My personal preference for colors: Orange text on a white background is difficult to read - consider using the blue or a dark green instead, I'd go with FFCC00 instead of what appears to be FF8800 or use a glow/gradient effect on images where orange is used. (Everyone has their own preference, right?) Also some issues with invalid HTML and CSS styles you might want to look into when the time comes - nothing too major, though. All in all I'd say your site looks like it's coming along quite well.
