Hmm. I'm not a big flash fan but the first impression of the site I had can be summed up with the word innovative. I'm sure some here will complain about the music loading right off the bat but I keep my speakers turned off so it did not bother me. I did turn them on though just to see what music you had playing and it fit the layout quite well. All in all I must say I liked the site. Not because it was done in flash but because you bring a different type of site that has a unique look and feel to the table than normal web site development type of sites I have grown to expect.

What I like about the site
1. The images were crisp and clean.
2. Load time was fast.
3. Simple and to the point.
4. Did not bore me.
5. No high pressure with everything you think you can do for me.
6. You state "specializes in Flash driven dynamic and interactive websites". That is exactly the type of site you provided.

What I did not like or feel you could change
1. The intro ran too fast. I could not read what it said and the "what I think was a mirror image" confused me as I did not know which one to read till it was finished.
2. Your code has <styles> listed. Can these be removed?
3. A robots revisit after tag is useless.
4. I did not understand the reason and purpose of the changing images in the picture and felt they belonged on a photography web site.
5. No phone number or physical address provided. For me, this is a major downfall.

Like amxfan, I'm not a big supporter of flash on websites. However, I must say I was impressed with the site. Classy, simple, attractive. I'm not wild about music either, but yours was relatively unobtrusive, and I think it added something.
Images are great, load was very quick, and it left me wanting more...which should, IMO, always be the goal.

I detected a couple of minor typos. One of them, "falsh ecommerce" in the metatags of your homepage...probably will never be seen by the typical user, but is not likely to be typed into his search engine either.

And I strongly agree that not having a physical contact point...phone/address...is a BIG negative. We here realize that many SEOs work from home. Many customers, however, would equate that to a shoestring operation.

Overall, I liked it very much.

The site looks a bit dull without flash . . I do not use sound either.

But I am a grumpy old person...

Sound on a website is always a killer. Nothing makes me press X for close faster, than any kind of music coming from my machine and making everyone's head in the office turn my way.

1. I clicked on Services Overview and 30+ seconds later my browser status bar still said: Waiting for mtheoryit.com
2. You have hidden text (just for search engines) on the homepage. If Google finds out, the penalty is removal from its index.

I don't say your web design is not good but I'm against to flash implementation.
I suppose, even without using flash, you can design good websites.
As it is an established site, I advise you not to take any risks.
