Default Does it look easy to register

We are into the recruitment industry. Does it seem difficult for candidates to trace where to register on both these websites. Suggestions would be great.

No/Yes (I'm answering your heading and your question) - it doesn't say register. There isn't a prominent Login option/box - which is usually a big clue that you can actually join in with something.

You've got plenty of room on the orange header bar for a login/register/forgot password.

Agreed.

A login box would be real nice. Most of the time it will be located on the right side top.
To be honest I had no clue I could sign in or register and would not have known if I did not read your post. BTW how do...never mind, it is under get started.

I immediately checked out "Get Started", on both sites, but only because of your question. I'm sure I would have found it eventually, but why make it difficult? I would suggest a prominent LOGIN box, upper right, or on the left below the logo bar.

After registering, creating user name and password, ths is what comes back at me:

"You may not be able to visit this page because of:

1. an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
2. a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
3. a mistyped address
4. you have no access to this page
5. The requested resource was not found.
6. An error has occurred while processing your request.

Please try one of the following pages:
* Home Page
If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site."

I am logged in and registered on your site under fossall.

I would suggest you make it even more prominent. Since the register function and service listing is pretty much the main focus of the whole website, don't put the register button into a sidebox, rather put it right in the middle.

Ie. a bit like this:
