Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Gives a script error:-

Might look better if the main content is centred. Graphic at the bottom doesn't seem to want to load. Seems to be a lot of text on the page - I would be inclined to split it up onto other pages linked by a menu. Otherwise, a good solid design. Good luck with it.
