2 things I picked up on straight away - The white background is very bright, and theres not much in the way of 'design' to the site.

As you are trying to sell stuff you need to basically spoon feed your viewers.

The best advice I ever got regarding how to design a website - was to spend time researching .. go and visit your competitors, and other sites that are similar to yours. Bookmark your favourites, and write down what you like about each..

Then grab pen and paper and start drawing what you want the site too look like, and do a flow chart of the navigational structure -

**TIP - don't have any dead ends.. always make sure there is a link back to the main page etc.. people don't like to use the back button.

Then when you have it designed on paper.. and after you have read some boks/and /or articles regarding design of websites and how consumers view sites

Then you can start building.. And if there is something you don't know how to do- ask people. These boards are great - give them the link to what you want to achieve and chances are they will point you in the right direction.

All that said your site is actually good. But I have a couple of tips, or ideas you might like to try.

Don't make your main navigation links open in new windows.. when you mention for people to contact you - provide a link, don't make them look... remember to spoon feed us.
Also you have the big cloudy background thats taking time to load, and I can barely see it.. Loose it.

I hope this helps some.
