I love the design and found the site easy to negotiate.
I did think the menu on sub sections seemed a trifle out of place. It may need simply a change of colours.

On Mozilla Firefox the colour does not extend to the bottom of the page if it's a shorter page. I couldn't figure out what might fix it.
