I would get rid of the entrance page.
The site looks good but the logo looks a little fuzzy.
It is easy to Nav. The main problem is your home page tells me nothing and then I enter the site on the about us page.
Add some god text to the home page but you nav. bar there and let me decide which page I want to go to.
But other then that nice site.

It might be an interesting experiment to picture a design target. Real person. Real scenario.

Chances are you can eliminate the first couple of pages and get down to what the site's about. It seems you are talking in terms more suited to your own understanding of your offering. You may want to try to translate into practical business benefits.

To you it might seem obvious, from the perspective of people you're trying to communicate to the message may well be lost. Either way, it takes too many clicks to get to anything saying much of anything.
