hi

i am a newbie to webworld. I started a blog which gives information on 247 lifestyle and freelancing jobs. my problem with site is that the alexa ranking has not improved over a period of 3 monts. I tried doing seo stuff. i am also not getting any traffic to site.

please guide me to improve the ranking and site traffic.

I agree heartily with Dave and amxfan. There is no more information here than on the link-farm in your signature. Get rid of the full screen pop-up ads, and take at least half of the other advertising off the page. Sorry, but even your domain name plants the seed that there is no real information on your site.

Most competent freelancers I know (those who at least own a copy of the Chicago Manual of Style, and have used it) aren't interested in links to sites to compete against $1/hr "copy writers".

Sorry, I understand that you're a "newbie", but I have a hard time imagining how what I see on your page can draw much traffic.

This is blog template man. You need to get rid of this if you want to make your website attractive. If you are running short of cash, you can download free templates as well. And for God's sake, removed those nagging ads from your website.
