My first impressions:

I like the general layout, lots of whitespace. The blue text on blue background is slightly faint, but even my old eyes make it out, so it's probably not a problem. Worst case, increase your contrast a little. I like your logo, it's eye-catching and simple.

I noticed that on your Customer Service page, the CLICK TO CHAT is not functional. Also, while you have a php email form, you don't show your email address. Personally, I like to save outgoing emails in my email client, and I can't with only a form. I would suggest both.

I don't know how important it really is, but I know that when sites require my email address, I appreciate it when they make a statement that they won't share it (however worthless such a pledge may be, it makes ME feel better ).

All in all, I liked it.

Here is my opinion:

- I like the color scheme. Light and clean.

- My first impression while opening the homepage is that i am overwhelmed with plain unstructured text. Though different purpose links are different by font properties, they still give me a feeling of looking similiar. Maybe a bit more margins hre and there would help..

These are really no big deal points, the website looks really nice and professional to me.
