I have revised one website into new form relevant to seo work .

so a bit change in look and feel from the previous version
but i was wondring if anything missed out or can be easy to change to get more appeal

Looking at your code the first thing that jumped out at me was the number of meta name="bla bla" you have. You can create a meta name="anything you want" but they do not do any good. You would be better to remove most of these to be honest.

I'm not sure if it is due to you have it under demo, but you have an canonicalization issue.

Your link entitled Projects is broken.
A few of your pages are missing a !doctype .
If possible you should externalize your styles and javascripts.
The contact us "in the image" link is broken.

Looking at your old page and your new page, then looking at the artist renditions of some of the buildings you have done, I don't think the page has the same wow factor as the buildings do. Looking just at the artists renditions, the buildings stand out either due to the design or openness or just the overall layout. Your page does not have this. In comparison to the buildings, your page is rather bland, but honestly I have no idea what I would change on your page to give it the same wow factor that your buildings have.

In my opinion you have an exciting website, but it takes too long to get to the good stuff. The squared navigation is confusing to me, but then again it's not hard to confuse me. "the 5 Ls" should be the 5 L's. The "select a project" drop down menu is hard to see down there at the bottom. I would expect to see a selection at the top, or better yet on the front page, so people don't leave before they see the great projects you have to show.
I see some real excellence in your work, and I wish you great success.

Overall the Website is to impress. Not too useful in providing information. I guess you like to attract western investments, being in English. Most people in the west with serious money aren't naive. If I would invest lot of money, I would need lots of facts first.

I'm no expert on the nuts and bolts of site coding so I'll leave those issues to those much more capable than myself. Purely from a visitor's standpoint I found the updated site more interesting than the site it replaced but I agree with the person who said the site lacks the visual impact of the outstanding architecture it displays.

Only one thing really bothers me. Its the scrolling 'NEWS' text that appears on many pages. It is a distraction from the value of the content on those pages and I find it irritating and difficult to read. Instead of scrolling the text, a simple background color change when a new page opens that has that text block on it might still get the attention you want it to have without the annoyance.

Good morning, gauravgr8. Just a quick first impression, before I have my second cup of coffee...I like a lot of things about your layout, but I think the gray text on black background was a step backward from your first effort. At least for my old eyes, it's more difficult to read.

Also, in the lower left corner, the scrolling "Latest News" is distracting. At the very least, I would suggest you make it freeze on mouse-over (which would allow you to place more than one item there. In my opinion, the problem with such scrolling banners is that there are inevitably either too slow, or too fast, for the viewer, and this tends to breed discontent. I would make it static, with a scroll bar.

When I'm more awake, I'll surf the site a bit more, and make any comments that come to mind.

Personally, I like that much better, gauravgr8. I know that a lot of people don't look favorably on the dark background, but I think at times, it gives the desired impression.

I like it! The matrix graphic layout is a nice piece of work. My overall impression is very favorable.

I suspect that some will say you've got way too much metadata on it. (They told me the same thing! ) I don't pretend to be an SEO guru, so I can't offer an opinion, only note that the predominance of expert opinions here seemed to agree that I was overloaded there. I believe most said that only the Title, Description and Keywords offered any value at all. I'll find a link to that thread and post it for you.

Okay well for starters the main flash page with the navigational squares is a big PLUS for me. I think it's very creative and orginial and right off the bat you instill a thought in a my mind along the lines of "Wow, this is nice! I wonder what this company's products/services are" So at this point in time, you've already began gaining my trust as a potential client. By the way, each square is clickable on its full surface area, except "Buyer's Corridor". It seems that for that square you actually have to click on the text. You might want to correct that. I would also hyperlink the main square in the middle (you're company's logo) to the About page of the website (Unique Dream Builders :: About Us).

Secondly, I definitely perfer the old colour scheme vs. the new one. The greenish and grey tones tend to set a very calm and peacful browsing experience (this is very important as it gives your website a presence that is inviting and user friendly). The blue/black theme on the other hand has quite a bit of contrast and can be hard on the eyes for some of your users (maybe elderly users - no offence to anyone) although it does match your company logo. This is a tough call, but personally, I definitely perfer the old theme.

Also, is the google search really necessary? Personally, I wouldn't want others to have a search tool so handy because they can easily type in something related to your industry (i.e real estate builders) and jump on a competitor's site right away! I know I'm a hypocrite for saying this because I too have a search bar on my site, but I'm planning to remove it. The same goes for the scrolling message at the top. These "old schooled" marquee type of announcements are very out of fashion in my opinion and it just makes your site look more amateur. I personally would remove it.

In general, both your sites are well constructed and very appealing speaking from a visual perspective strictly. Like I said, I definitely enjoyed your old site better, but then again its my word over thousands of others. I think the best idea is to take all of this feedback that was given to you by myself and all the other users, carefully analyze it, and come up with something that generally satisfies most of our suggestions. Because at the end of the day, you want a website that not only appeals to the general public, but also has the ability to gain your user's trust in hopes of converting these users into future clients. I hope this helps.
