All the "no photos" are a complete turnoff.

The no photos was my first feeling as well... I was thinking at first that my browser didn't load the images...

Site lacks SEO and why those products should open to new window?

I concur with Dave, however I must say that overall the site design is nice and unlike many Chinese sites, this one actually 'works' in the sense that many Chinese sites seem to be brutally slow.....

It is a challenge to critique a site in another language. However, this site was slow to load, but once it did, it was quick.
It has a nice "clean" look with lots of white space. I like that. I have noticed that many Asian sites I have seen feel very cluttered. This is not the case here.
????
I do not like the little flipping turning flickering logos. It is very distracting. I would rather have them static.
chinese letters under the log in are cut in half. I am using Firefox as a browser.
WOOPS...just saw the English button
On the index page it says:
ChanceOL singed a strategic cooperative agreement
It should read ChanceOL signed .. not singed
Buyer registration page
ChanceOL
The button reads I Want to Bu
Change it to Buy Now and it will probably fit on the button
On the English Reciprocal Links page under the log in area
Free Registration for Buyer Free Registration for Supplier
is cut in half. I can only see the top half of the letters.
I like it that you have your terms of service and privacy policies in an obvious place.
All in all, a very nice site. Some little errors to be fixed and that is all.

no photo means that our user does not release the photo of their products on our site. i have not expected that this will give you this kind of feeling, haha.

because these products are wanted by our user. so you have to use a new window to make the details of these products clear.

If I could not see a picture of the photo, most people will never buy it. Never. Ask your customers to reconsider.

Some of the internal links open new tabs/windows. Also, IMHO you should pay more attention to images (details like proportion, transparency, etc). Overall, pretty clean

Chanceol-

Sharon makes some very good points. While I am certainly no web design guru, I do have many years experience in marketing, and I see some problems with your site design.
First, on your home page, as has been said, you MUST have either photos, or complete descriptions, or you will NOT sell any product. My suggestion would be to pressure your suppliers to stock photos, as I think that will have a better impact than simple text.
Also, upon clicking on one of the RFQs, I find your tables somewhat hard to read. If possible, I would suggest you try to open them up a bit, horizontally. You have right-justified the text in one cell, and left-justified the text in the cell immediately to the right of it. This makes the two text strings run together, and is distracting to the buyer. Try to get a little space between them.

All in all, I agree that your basic layout is nice and clean, and appears efficient. I would suggest that you try to get someone whose first language is English to help you edit, as there are grammatical errors throughout the site and the buyer's manual. Please don't take offense at that...I assure you, you're English is infinitely better than my Cantonese!

Dave, I'm sure you would know the answer to this:

Could they not code the page with an "IF" command, that would display a photo if one were supplied, but hide the marker if none were supplied? If so, I would think that would overcome the negative impression of the "no photo". I also think it would make the entries with photos simply look like premium ads.
