Default Looking for honest feedback on e-commerce website

I am looking for some help with our ecommerce website. We receive 200+ visitors daily, yet only convert 6-10 sales a day. I know something is wrong with the site design and would like some feedback as to what work and what needs to go

Recently the homepage was redesigned, but sales have yet to increase. I believe that the layout and navigation are hard to use and outdated.

Any suggestions, good or bad are welcome as we need to convert more leads into sales. Our site can be found in our sig.

THANKS!!!

You need to work on your SEO. It can double the traffic, and therefore double the sales. Its a numbers game

I will look more at the layout in the morning

What are people searching to find you? if they are looking for books then no you will not make sales. I would start with your analytics and go from there.

I have had optimized every page, even all our product pages. I think they know what they are looking for, the features, and pricing in our title and description meta tags. Also with PPC we get tons of clicks, yet no conversions. We are priced competitively and have targeted landing pages. All the organic searches are related to our products.

I AM LOST!!!! please help

3% conversion rate is extremly good in the industry at the moment. Most of sites are still struggeling less 0.2 and less sales conversion rates.

Far too much going on with the site.

Difficult to navigate as every time you move your mouse something is popping up. Far too busy. Too many logos.

KISS... Keep It Straight And Simple.

It is a very busy looking site. When I pulled up the site, my first thought was "Template, Too Dark, and Busy." There is a lot of product that is well organized and that is a plus. I would make a completely new design on a dev server. Go for a design that makes the co. look unique. This post comes to mind.. (Look for the DecentBanners post) That site uses nice custom, vector graphics to present itself as a custom unique co. Learn to use white space... let the visitors eye read the message you are trying to deliver. Even on Decent Banners.. there are 3 check marks that read Unique...Quick...Drive... I would pop those out with additional outline. Make your actions and site go BAM! It should be quick to read... in 3 seconds. For example... Accessory Genie has 3 or 4 different colors of blue. The design falls apart right from the start, and the gold buttons on the top left look out of place. The javascript flyovers are annoying too, dump those.

Sorry to bash.. re-design is a tough choice. Especially if you're using a free shopping cart system. I would put energy into 3 areas... finding a better shopping cart system that will allow a developer (not designer) to tweak the design as needed. Find a designer that is very good in vector based designs. And make sure somebody knows how to export and successfully re-import all your data with the correct DB mapping. Best of Luck!

I think you have done a very good job, site is easy to navigate and find what your looking for. Quantity will be your key to success. Get more links and popularity.

Hope this helps.

This is kind of off topic, but some of your stuff is RIDICILIOUSLY over priced...

79.99 for an iPhone case and an iPhone hands free talking mount for 34.99..... I just picked up one of these at a local mall for about 12 bucks I think, and it's IDENTICAL to your product in terms of design, quality and features... No wonder only 5-6 people buy.

The layout though, doesn't seem to bad to me. Perhaps lack of marketing of your web presence is what's causing sluggish revenue?
