I would like to have views, ideas regarding how to make my website appear top on SE's especially Google for the keywords related to phone cards.

What areas i should stress more with respect to optimizing the site and particularly its home page?

I would say you have overdone your keywords. The phrase "phone cards" appears far too often and too close together. Try pruning them a little. The site doesn't appear in the top 1000 links in Google. PageRank is also only 3/10 and could do with a boost by adding more links to the site from other sites preferably with a PR higher than 3/10. Hope this helps. Good luck with it.
