Our website is somewhat away from the norm and we know this and like it. What we need is opinions on how it looks from other people's view. Not to be rude or anything, but, The different backgrounds and fonts stays, I figure people who design websites will want to say something about it. If you can, look at the site from a customers point of view and not a business point of view. Don't worry, I can take the criticism, but be prepared, I will look at your site and give my review.

I think it sucks.
From any point of view..
Be it customer or whoever, it's laughable...
although..I do like how every page is kinda different. I think they call that graphic inconsistency or something.. but I dont know what Im talking about.. you got it under control.

My advice:
Delete it all and use a Frontpage template.

But Im sure Im not worthy of you taking my advice.
So check my site and berate it. Your customers will definitaly hate mine. I definitely suck. Maybe I can learn..

From a customers point of view?
I found it confusing. I'm essentially very impatient and if I shop online (which I frequently do because I hate waiting around), I want to find what I want right now!
I didn't find anything much on your site. My honest and serious opinion is that you'll lose more customers than you gain, nothing to do with the visual elements, which I won't comment on at all since you are not asking for input on that aspect.

Hi astralone...

I personally like your site from a customer stand point... especially your garage sale area... (you need dvd's for sale) LOL As far as the colors go... they don't look bad to me, easy on the eyes is all I look for... the site downloaded quickly.. I was able to navigate the site very easily... Now for my suggestions... on your index page put a mouse over on the pics... they all currently say (image) it just looks like it wasn't finished is all... and as far as your keywords go... you need way more keywords... you have far too many products to have 10 or less keywords...

hope that helps a lil
Cheers,
NeO~1

Default quick html help;)

All ya have to do is ask...:D

Ok... first you have to view your source... to do that you open your .index file with notepad... scroll about 3/4 of the way down till you find this text....

<DIV ID="lr0a" CLASS="lr0a">
<LAYER ID="ns0a" onLoad ="AbsPosition('lr0a', 588, 1219)">
<NOBR><A>
</A></NOBR>
</LAYER>
</DIV>
<DIV ID="lr0b" CLASS="lr0b">
<LAYER ID="ns0b" onLoad="AbsPosition('lr0b', 78, 1228)">
<NOBR><A>
</A></NOBR>

ALT="Image" is what your looking for... then where it says Image change that to suit the picture then save, test it in your .html editor and once you have it how you want it... You'll have to upload that to your cpanel ... delete the old .index page and there you have it... mouseover pics;)

hope that helps...
Cheers,
NeO~1

Default hi neo~1

Hey Neo~1,

Thanks for the advice. Now I act like a kid with a new toy. We are currently going over page by page and adding the alt text in. You are 100% right, compared to the new pages, the old pages looks as though they are not complete. Again thank you for the advice.
