I have been building this site for two years and am just now starting to monetize the darn thing.
I have a few modules underway and will be placing them in over the next couple of weeks. AS it stands now.... fire away.... All comments welcome... www.vistamagonline.com :) |

This is not very deep when it comes to constructive criticism - I liked it!
I thought it looked and felt nice. Nothing was confusing as far as navigation. The only thing I noticed... and it may have been done intentionally.. was that I clicked on the top logo and it did not take me to the home page.. Tom |

Tom ---------------------- LOL... I noticed that the other day too.... something I always recommend as web users are starting to catch on to that one as a standard.... :) |

How much does your company charge for a simple custom logo?
I have a new buy/sell site that is getting noticed but the header is really lacking.. As most of the site is free we have limited (no) budget. It seems worth spending the money on better branding if we could do it. Tom |

It really depends on how deep you want to brand. A quick-fix branding exercise can cost anywhere from $150 to $500.. you get a logo.... web and print ready. For more expensive packages, b-cards and letterhead design is also supplied but usually, once the logo is completed, the customer can incorporate it into any medium they desire.... and usually do... especially the web programming crowd... real do-it-yourself types... My kind of people. :) Usually it really doesn't matter whether the logo "means" anything or not... as long as it "looks" clean and professional.. a notion of trust is immediately conveyed. A tough hurdle at the best of times for any webmaster. |

That's all we are really looking for is something clean and professional for the header...
Something that says 'we know what we are doing' :-) The site is wildgopher.com - a buy/sell/trade site. If have any ideas and/or have time to do one for us please get in touch! -- Tom Tom@wildgopher.com |
