I went to your site thinking it was going to be about Halley's comet... I was rather disappointed. Then I realized the site was HAILEYS... and still felt a bit disappointed. :)

People immediately associate certain things to certain names... without always noticing the spelling difference. They feel let-down, disappointed, when they find their assumption was wrong.

Your usage of blue and orange is a very smart move for your site. The combination is a very strong psychological sales trigger, color wise.

Your web designer apparently likes orange too from the looks of it.

Now for a bit of truth....
If it wasn't for the fact that I'm simply doing a quick review, I would not have stayed to look at your site. Nothing irritates me more, and chases me away faster, then one of those little meandering boxes that scroll across the screen covering the text as soon as I arrive on the site.

I don't care if you have an ezine or a fabulous product, block the text that I'm there to read and I'm not going to stick around to read it. People go to your site because they believe you have something they want. That something is generally not a box that wanders onto the screen. Put the signup ON the page, let people decide whether they want to see it or not. Let the other guys irritate their visitors.

I agree with wenwilder 100% I left the site the first time and read her review and went back to see what was going on. I thought it was just a site asking me to sign up for something.

Once the box left it was a nice looking site but the name was very misleading.
