I'v only changed the home page for now and am working on the other 200 pages....lol...so if you check out the other pages dont bother to mention the huge logo that takes up 1/2 the screen cause it will soon be gone.I also changed the color of the links on the left side is that a yaaa or a naaa ,,,,

viewed your site in 800X600... home page looks good.
some of the other pages are still to large, but I am assuming that you are still working on them..
I would suggest you use the same font throughout your site... use a more readable and professional looking font such as Verdana or Arial..
I would also suggest that your bottom navigation structure be only text links, rather than the tabs.
I am not completely learned in DWT, but I think that when you create a dynamic template, the name should not be "index"... but your first page should be "index.html"... your DWT should only reside wherever you are working on your changes.

Good site... I didn't view it before, so have no basis of comparison...

I would pick one color font and go with it use a second color for headers but right now you have to may colors.

I would get rid of the counter at the bottom of the page.

The dark red menu with black text is also a bit hard to read and the yellow hard on the eyes.

Your pictures and banners need to be cleaned up a little. But the header looks good and I like the logo.
