I wanted to view your site... but, I'll be honest... I cannot tolerate music and yours isnt' even good.. the quality is terrible... I left your site as quickly as possible, without even going anywhere...
the only comment I can make besides the music, is that I see no reason to have an intro page... just go right into the site...

perhaps you can explain that music is not very professional.... and that his site will not rank well in the search engines... of course, he may not care, but.....
If the owner doesn't care about the professionalism, and is happy and his viewers are happy, then the site is good... You/he will know by comments made by patrons if they like the site...

I would consider getting ride of the framed content, I personally find it quite irritating and the amount of content in the frames is quite small. I guess the colors and overall look and feel is OK for the target subject. I switched off my speaker so I didn't hear the music but in general I'm not a bog fan of music on web sites unless I can choose to switch it on.
