Your logo and top header should tell me about your business. Yours needs a little more work.

I would get rid of all the moving text

I would add a mouse over to the nav. menu.

I would try to come up with a better looking button and maybe a little smaller

I would keep the backgrounds the same on every page.

I would remove the big gold email button on pages like this one http://www.astralenterprise.com/usedcars.htm

Thanks janeth for your reply, but your reply is somewhat a conflict of interest. you are a website designer and your views are mainly made from your line of business. I mean don't get me wrong, I appreciate the comments and want to thank you very much.

I like what you did with the site and I especially like the variety of colors on the backgrounds, i really get tired of viewing sites with the same old thing on every page, you lose interest after a few pages.I am building my website and i wanted to know if you would be interested in helping me design something like yours (don't worry I wont copy :))again, nice site, good luck.
