I'd appreciate any comments on this site. There are many areas still to be finished and the content is minimal at the moment. What I'm looking for is some design critique and any thoughts on functionality.

You have an interesting heading for your website. It is well-organized, informative, and arranged nicely. I'd be sure to add navigational text links at the bottom of each page, too, so your visitors don't have to scroll back up to move to another page. You do need some careful editing, as I noticed several errors.
