Default www.brian-regan.com

I run a fan site for a comedian named Brian Regan. Since I rebuilt it and got this domain name at the end of last year, I've jumped in rankings and visits getting thousands of hits per month, but I'd like to make it even better. I just don't know what to do, though. Can you help?

Default A few suggestions

Hello taitlifto,

Well let me first start off by saying that I've never been a big fan of frames. That is just my personal opinion. I would remove the frames and try to incorporate the links into the main page itself.

The cloth looking tiled background isn't the best of things either. Maybe you could use just a solid color background or something that isn't as noticeable.

The over all look is also not very appealing to me visually. On the front page you could add pictures of Brian Regan to show what he looks like. (Give it that back home personal feel)

The purple section text is hard to read against the background, and I think it would be a nice touch to change that color to something that contrasts a little more.

You also seem to have a lot of advertisements just thrown on the pages. You even have ads under the links that should be at the bottom of the whole page. Maybe you could have a column on the right side that would be just for ads.

I've noticed that you have a section called moosen. I'm not really sure what the purpose of this section is. With out knowing anything about Brian Regan, that section seems to not have anything to do with the rest of the site.

My final suggestion would be to remove the visible counters on your pages. To me the counters make your site seem very amateurish. Again that is just my personal opinion, but these are just suggestions.

Well I hope my suggestions help you.

Thanks,
Rah

Default more organisation?

Hello,

Lots of bits and bobs here and there. Not a big fan of the scattered look.

You should do another menu at the top, otherwise this isn't obvious and it ends up looking as though it's just a personal page.

I like the background texture though.
