I'm being kind when I say that the site is rather unimpressive and there are several reasons.

1. Do you have a logo?
   Is it the big head guy with his feet on the desk and the stars and stripes behind it or is it the blue oval with "Since 1931". Furthermore, the bighead guy image is not standardized, doesn't seem to build a brand of any kind and looks different in other pages. It needs some work.
2. Using tiny text.
   The day and date? Who cares? The other information in the black strip under your header would be better placed inside the page content area.
3. Who is it that you're advertising on your home page?
   Ebail inc or the four other companies. that information belongs elsewhere, perhaps in an "Our Partners" page.
4. There's just too much black.
   Black backgrounds with white text = hard to read.
5. The navigation system doesn't seem to match the rest of the site.
   Brown and gold with white text and neon blue rollovers on black?
6. You're using a PayPal "Make a Payment" button?
   The entire payments page does nothing to establish credibility.
7. You're selling Tshirts?
   This does not build credibility. Who are your most targetd customers? People who need you to post bond or people who want to buy clothing? I see the opportunity but the shopping and process seems ill conceived. It needs a lot of work.

If you're having trouble coming up with a great layout, you can start by shopping for website templates. If you see one you like, buy it and modify it to suit your purpose.

I agree with Dubbya's assessment.

The navigation on the site is horrendous. I didn't check out every single page but with the ones I did check, some don't have a link back to the home page; one with a link to the home page, opens up another window.

there are some broken links. first correct it.....

Hmmm... first of all, I also agree with Dubbya and maybe the best advice he gave are the links to other bail bond sites that have done a very good job. To me this site yells out 'Site Builder' and your new site comes our of the blocks looking quite dated.

Study these other sites that Dubbya has taken the time to research; I particularly find this site to be very effective - Bail Bonds dot com - notice the use of white space, clean navigation, and No t-shirts.

The navigation has major issues, the look is 1999, and you will really turn off many people with the racket that comes over our speakers. If you want to share your promotional ad then give it as an option... imagine if I am in my office and this potentially embarrasing racket is suddenly broadcast to my co-workers... not good.

While Dubbya covered the major points, let me add that when I went to Office Locations, the titles on the links (to go to other pages) disappeared. The flashing picture of bail bond stores was very annoying. For me, it is ok to change the picture, but slowly. What really amazed me was that the ads on the bottom were for competitors. I compared the locations listed above with the ads below and the names and addresses did not match. Makes no sense at all.

Oh man, another case of high demand service but once they land on your site they will bounce right out.

It's just too old school and of course Dubbya nailed it on the head.

There are many better ways than doing it like this. If your serious about the site and want people to pick up the phone...

I would totally scrub this direction your going and consult with someone. Heck, PM me I'll give you some ideas!

I don't like table based sites. This one is very boxy.
Other than some of the other thoughts above, I would move your "intro" text above the vid box and this:
