It looks quite busy to me - slightly overwhelming amount of text and different text boxes when you land on the homepage which I found a bit off-putting. The ads on both sides of the page in differing formats made this worse, and the red title on the quick navigation bit jarred with the blue theme of the rest of the page.

I know I'm not your target market, but the main feature of your home page, other than the site map, seems to be this:

Makes little sense to me! What multiple answer quiz? Why would I need it, what benefits does this feature have to me etc - as I say, maybe I don't know because I'm not your target audience, but it seemed quite a wordy way of saying you can compare your answers with the correct ones - and I'd never click on it as I have no idea what quiz I'm being asked to take!

It is visually appealing and loads quick, especially for as graphic intensive at it is.

I was a little confused by two search boxes up top. I might stick with one and move one of the two lines of links from the bottom to the top right corner, just a thought.

Text on the page has no theme ( use proper font settings ) to keep the site uniform and easy to read.

Spinning Globe
No, the white background is not good.

Double Searches
Remove one, too confusing.

Logo
You don't have one, try not to use a free one. Spend a few buck on it. It's part of the pie to the success of a website.

Underlines?
Too many things go underlined when rollovers. Something is very wrong with that. People will not read it.

Color Theme
You don't have one.. use a color wheel

I think, the middle site column is very narrow. It's not viewable.

Your site is ok and don't buy that users logo.
