In Firefox, no an unheard of browser, About Us and Contact double stack inside the one button.

The Portfolio section navigation is a mystery wrapped in an enigma marked up with a question mark. Put headings and links inside the white content area with informative blurbs. Where they are right now a goodly percentage of visitors will think Carmel has no success stories. What the white bars are next to navigation labels when you click is a mystery, you may want to lose that.

Not thrilled with the stock photography chosen, as it's fairly generic and irrelevant to anything.

I would make the Investor's login more like other logins, put the form elements on the top page.

Ditch all STOCK photos.
Remove the silly Feedback thing in the lower-left corner.
Slow down the movie speed on the homepage.
Look serious and be serious. Money is a serious business.
Look at some of the big-name VC firms' websites and steal some ideas.

I agree.. loose the feedback.. who in the heck is going to want to make an investment if your more concerned on feedback. You won't be taken seriously.

Portfolio is overkill.. it's way too long and boring to me. I'd incorporate an internal page and loose the movie effect. Make it simple with logo and who the heck they are?

Send your idea.. idea? Idea of what? Why do you seek ideas? Even clicking on it took a while to open the page. Maybe a paragraph at the top of the form with what your looking for from them?

Something is not right with the navigation.. it's moving very chunky and slow, adjusting just about each time. Issue with the changes size of the pages, text or something.

Overall, good info just needs to be packaged a bit better.

I did not have time to read the replies, but my 10 sec look "generated" the following:

1) The site is screwed up in Firefox. Test other browsers.

2) Check your spelling

3) Boring, boring, boring

4) Poor color set (green font on green?)

5) Use icons, separate long sentences by white space

6) What's your actual goal to have this web site? To present the company? What the company does and how do you "push" web surfers to explore the site, to spark the interest? Sorry, poor job.

I did not look into the code, so, no comments.
