I would appreciate greatly if you could give me some ideas how to increase visibility and friendliness and perhaps accessibility of my site. My stats show that i am getting nearly 20 unique visitors daily and I am not sure whether it is enough because in reality I have 1-2 inquiries per month. Being a newbie I would be so grateful to any of your professional ideas, tips and perhaps some corrections how to improve my SEO and SEM.

I guess you have to use a more attractive template and design, this one is too simple. More content is needed also, and existing articles my be spiced up a little bit by inserting some related pictures, and , why not.. some related videos.

The contact page design is broken (the placement of the contact form), you have to check up about that.

Since much of the content from your old domain now appears on your new domain, it may be a good idea to retire the old one and redirect traffic to the new site.

The layout, though sparse, is a better presentation than the original, which shows you've been working on it and learning new things about web development. Keep up the study. So far, so good.

With little or no working experience to draw upon, you are in the same boat as most of us--how do we get targeted traffic to visit our site? More so, how do we get the visiting traffic to traverse our site once they get here? Sadly, I don't have any answers that aren't 'obvious' or 'oblivious' or both.

IMO the simplicity of your layout does have a positive--it's not cluttered. If you start dressing the page with all manner of distractions, including pictures, but especially social network links, etc. the main message may be lost. With this in mind, keep to your guns, build on your article base, and be sure to closely scrutinize your work for coding errors, broken pages, and so on. Keep up the good work!

That was such a polite request for assistance I felt drawn to try my best to offer you some help, which hopefully will drive for you, some further traffic to your website, which I notice has a page rank 3 which is pretty good for a basic site like this.

It's pretty easy on the eye, nothing obtrusive about it at all, I like the fact that the width of the site enables one to read the information presented, easily and quickly, explaining exactly what your objective is about.

If you want me to, I'll do some keyword reasearch for you, no charge for it at all, just that I enjoy helping out others if I can.

The fastest way to make it is to use PPC (Google adwards) but it's expensive.

SEO is less expensive but may take time.

I suggest you to useSEO anyway

Closer examination reveals that while there is quite a lot of 'overlap' there is ample enough variation and uniqueness to each domain's content that duplication may be less of a problem than at first I envisioned. As long as this remains the case, you should be in the clear with both domains.

If you wish to maintain both, then be sure to add unique articles to each. Because they are both your domains, and appear to orginate from the same server (same IP address) it would not be advisable to link the two together (in case you have) so each will have to stand on their own merit. Keep working toward uniqueness, and find different ways to promote each one.

For instance, Christian Healing could be promoted in specifically Christian focused webs, and Metaphysical Healing could be promoted in more open thinking type webs, not specifically geared to Christian ideology, or religion in general. Metaphysical implies 'unseen but there' , more so than does a hypocrisy such as may be associated with religious ideologies.

What you have now is an opportunity to explore both venues on their own merit.

Just a couple of comments...

First impressions are extremely important. You only have but a few seconds to catch a visitors attention and if you don't they leave.

While it's not hard on the eyes, I find the choice of colors odd. Is there a reason you chose those colors? Do they have some sort of significance?

Also I think you need to "crispen" up your header. It's very pixelated and almost impossible to tell what it's supposed to be.

Regarding "crisping" a header you mean a logo or banner which really does not mean anything as I did not have other in 1998 Front Page program back in 2000. I strongly believe I really need to change it. ANy ideas where to get and new banners or logos? Is it the same thing?

Yes I mean the banner across the top.

And no, not that bright aqua. Hard on the eyes to me.

Actually color wise, you might do a bit of research into "healing colors" since it would be relevant to your site.

The olive color frame isn't bad it just doesn't really go with the other colors you chose. Also, because of how dark it is, your eye tends to be drawn away from your text.

Color is everything, and color is nothing, Michael, depending on how one 'sees' it. Color is wonderful for everyday sighted users, however, if it carries meaning then there will always be someone left out. We just don't all see things the same way.

I don't think you should let us shape your vision, be it color or otherwise.

I will agree with you when your argument is compelling. Fade off, and so will I. You need a constant presence to keep a web user's attention.

Once a person becomes absorbed in the subject of your web they seek more of the same kind of stimulus, be it from Christian or Metaphysical approach. More articles are the key to sustained interest, and those that have been attracted will continue on if you only stay the course.

If you can spend as much time writing as SEOing, you will find the balance in all this.

Jus so grateful for all your comments. But now I see clearly that visuals are so important to attract users. Though I still feel that insert lots of images is not a way to go but to choose right colors across the pages plus a very attractive logo or header with a right "slogan" would be perhaps a right and easy way to go (inserting some better quality pics as well ). As I am not webmaster and not a graphic designer I am trying to learn something to make a website a better place as all of you do so wonderfully.

Any info where to choose LOGOs and how to implement them (measurement and so on..) would be much appreciated.
