On-Page SEO Review of this site required

Hi all... it'd be great if you could review / critique this site for me from an On=Page SEO point of view. The site is: www.yellow.co.nz

I'd like your thoughts on what you think is flawed from an SEO perspective when it comes to the On-Page SEO aspects of this site.

These guys (yellow.co.nz) are a new client of mine and I'm appalled at some of the fundamental SEO mistakes and / or ommissions on this site.

Without getting "too deep and meaningful", put your on-page SEO skills to work for a few minutes and post your observations, thoughts (including the ugly ones) here in this thread.

What could be done to radical IMPROVE the On-Page SEO aspects of the site? Your suggestions are welcome

Sorry to baffle you, Tubby. It's after 2.am down here in New Zealand so forgive me if my "thread topic" is somewhat confusing to you and others in here.

I'm simply looking for a site review (and I should have said so in the first place) but purely from an SEO perspective. I have now edited the heading and content to reflect what I am after in a clearer way.

smeatz, I was a little confused. I thought the thread was basically
"Need a fresh set of eyeballs to take a look at your site?"

You have yet to do any work on the site?

you say "These guys (yellow.co.nz) are a new client of mine"

I expect you and they know why they employed you.

My initial thought was why review the site before you put it in order.

Members would be reviewing not your site . . but somebody else's work.

I am in Australia. (almost neighbors)

Maybe you should do your SEO improvements first since they are a new client of yours and then we will review your work.

The keywords used on yellow.co.nz seemed to be off with what the site used to offer. Don't used the category searches as keywords. They won't help you get rank on your target audience. Thus, make the descriptions and keywords more customized and related to New Zealand.
