I have recently revamped my site Hashe Computer Solutions, offering Software Development, Offshore Staffing & Outsourcing, Open Source Customization, Consultancy, Web Design & Creative Services, 3D Rendering & Search Engine Optimization

Excellent. As usual.
The only change that I would make is to use a custom photo on the homepage.

I concur. Very nice.

I would recommend a simple site search box. You'd be surprised at how much use these things receive. There are plenty of free and inexpensive site search scripts available. One I love to use is Zoom Indexer.

It's highly configurable and easy to set up. Check it out, your clients will appreciate it.

yes..I am thinking of putting my office picture there.... this one.. www.hashe.com/office.jpg lets see if i am able to make it go with the theme

I don't understand clear how does verical and horizontal menus are combined. The Pressed menu tabs should be marked.

2. Horrible picture. Looks like a sweat shop.
3. For Americans, you need to have a DIVERSE workforce. That means some women, at a minimum.
4. Get a PROFESSIONAL photographer to take photos.

Hire some women as workers and then get a pro to take pictures of the staff working.

my QA team are all girls...and professional photographer...well..I can shoot quite good...that was a picture taken by my i phone

but anyways..for now I have changed it to something else.

Niced looking site - my main gripe would be that from an SEO perspective the title tag is way too spammy. Try to take it down to 10 or 12 words and remember that the first word is the most important from an SE's perspective so if you need your company name in there, put it at the end.
