Hello,
I just finished a website management engine and I'm wondering if I'm getting the message accross to visitors to my site. The engine is running my website as an online example. I do not want to say to much here so I can see if the site gives enough information to the viewer, so they understand what my engine can offer them and their website. www.thedesignfocus.com |

Personally I would not buy it especially when there are already so many content management systems out there that cost little to nothing and do essentially the same thing, but by all means create one.. if you can improve upon existing systems... then you might have a shot and there is always room for new styles of content management!
I didn't review the whole site (just the WMS section once I found it as requested) but I found this line WMS is a tool for managing you website with out a lot of HTML, or PHP knowledg Should be your website and with out should be one word:) Good grammar and spelling is the key to a professional site and thought you would want to know. |

Many offer similar features and if the original package doesn't.. then there are generally oodles of modules available written by others who needed something additional.
Not to say anything against yours at all.. it sounds like it has some great features..but for myself, I like something that is open source and free and that has a large community base to help support it when I can't figure something else out or it doesn't do what I want it to. That is the type of program/solution I look for myself. I am sure there are others who need what you are doing though. |

Well there are quite a few but by far my favorite is
http://www.e-xoops.com Some other popular choices: http://www.phpnuke.org/ You can go to http://sourceforge.net/ http://www.hotscripts.com/ etc. and search for cms to see how many are out there. (hotscripts.com has almost 400 different cms systems programmed in php) Even oscommerce (the e-commerce solution) has some nice modules written for it. (http://www.oscommerce.com) And here is one that I have looked at for small sites that looks to have some features that are similar to yours http://www.tufat.com/script.php?id_num=4 |
