The text between the header and the body is barely readable. I believe this explains the purpose of the site, without it, I dont know what the site is about. The links above the header change to the same color as the background on mouseover, makes it look as they disappear. Also "LANGUAGE" is black and hard to see. I like the header very much, but it adds to the business of the page. If each section header text stood out more, it may help give the site a more organized look. Such as where "LATEST VIDEOS ADDED", "RECENT LOGIN" and "NEW BLOGS" is located.I am temped to say the header is just too busy and would be easier to simplify it to tone the site down a little. But I think I would limit the amout of sections on the page so visitors would not be overwhelmed with so much "stuff." Removing the border from around the menu and making if fill in the black area may help. Also expand the header to fit the dark gray area... same idea as the last suggestion.

That's an interesting site, I would suggest listing more members on the pages when you do the browse through all members - it only lists a few on each page and is a pain to look through.
