Your site does have some nice mods..especially like the arcade. BUT to me it is just another message board. Nothing stands out. You don't have any branding logos or antyhing that makes your forum yours. Invision board is getting more recognition than you are because it is their banner that everyone sees first. Giving yourself an identity would be my suggestion:)

Ok, thanks. Yea i also like the mod.
I have been thinking about doing a very good header so invision will be gone.

Any ideas on what to have on the header?

Well since you seem to cover a broad range of things (arcades, web design, anime etc.) perhaps a collage of some sort depicting some of those themes.. really though I think that is up to you, you know your ideas and site better than anyone and the kind of people you want to visit. Match the header with your ideal visitor!
