The site looks good, and there's certainly need for it. I think the site is almost at that point where there needs to be user testing. Opninion is fine but won't tell you things like where users are getting frustrated and bailing out of the order process.

That said, there's no harm in checking out some interesting competitors toi see if anything can be learned.

The site looks okay. Properly conducted user testing will confirm that.

Site looks good and navigation is definitely straightforward although the grey makes it a little harder to read.. maybe a little bit lighter grey.

The little blurb at the top is a little hard to read also

"Used Cisco Authority.. etc." one. The white does not stand out very much and it seems to blend a bit with the background.

Menu is a little large but at least I know where everything is and how to get to it:)

One thing I noticed is that there is no shopping cart button to go see my cart unless I added more items.. maybe I just missed it?

I did not complete the checkout but started it and when I did there was an error with your ssl certificate. Name on the certificate does not match name on the site... that might be a problem for some.


This one for me is more about personal preference but thought I would share it anyway.. when looking through a list of things to buy.. I prefer to be able to see the prices instead of having to add each one to my cart to see it. I generally am in a hurry to get it and if I have to add each one to my cart.. chances are I will leave. I am assuming since it is cisco products that you will be catering to small business etc.? Might just be something to consider:)

I LOVE the feature about your price list that offers troubleshooting. I can't count the number of times I have gone to a site and looked at something I have already bought to see what else I can find.. that is handy!!

Anyway.. that is my review. Great selection of cisco products for sure. Want to give me some for free?? HAHA j/k!!

I have changed the color of gray, making it easier to read. I also cleaned up the top graphic a little. It is easier to read now. What about the site navigation? Is it easy to navigate? Do you have any trouble seeing the pages? How about keyword usage? Does the verbage flow?

Navigation.. much better color. One thing I noticed(maybe it was like that before and I didn't pay attention) is the home link.. it is all the way at the bottom. I would move it to the top!


I would try to maybe include "Used Cisco" in there more.. more instances to match.

Like the first sentence could be changed to:
We sell used Cisco Equipment and accessories at 50-80% off. (I don't think you need to say starting at since you already have 50% as a starting point)

This sentence in the paragraph
"SHIP your order SAME DAY you buy, in most cases"

To me should say "SHIP your order the SAME DAY you buy, in most cases"

Other than that.. I'm not a writer so those are just the things that stood out.

LOVE the changes though and especially love the prices listed. I may be in the market for some cisco equipment in the near future so I will keep your site in mind for that!!

First, thank you to those that have helped me so far. It is greatly appreciated. I made the minor changes that were requested. Is there anything else that stands out?

One other thing I noticed, in Google if I do a check for backlinks it shows I have two?!! I know for a fact that I have way more than that. What gives?!!

Nope.. nothing else that stands out.. everything else I think looks and "feels" great.

As for the backlinks.. could just be the sites that have those links have not been spidered/searched yet and are not prominent in the SE yet? I know that I have a few backlinks as well but they don't all show up.
