I like the basic look of the site which, once it has loaded (a teensy bit slowly, showing the different-sized images in the header before the background colour had a chance to catch up - I'd be inclined to re-work the header because it's the first thing visitors see) is businesslike and crisp.
Not keen on the Red Tape banner and the Hole in the Wallet banner changing sides from one page to the next - it just distracts one from the content. Rather than Customer Feedback, I think I would have called that section Testimonials or just Feedback, at least on the tab at the top. I'm also not sure that I would have wanted to put an endless stream of testimonials on the first page of the set - it might be better to pick out the three that you feel best show how much your company does for people and how much they appreciate it and then let them click to go on and see more if that wasn't enough for them. Sometimes people can be put off starting to read a page if it looks like there's a lot of reading to do - they'll skim it looking for anything worth stopping for which may turn out to be nothing in their opinion if it all looks the same... When it comes to the blog, the reverse is true - there seems little point in making the latest entry in your blog a taster with a link to the rest - better to have the whole article on display (you have the links in the margin anyway) and then convert to the taster format when you post the next article. These are just some personal opinions that can safely be ignored - I will leave it to the techies to pick holes in the back end of your site! You're doing great - I wish I had been so proficient when I built my first site back in '98! Best of luck wenczmastah!

Top image is a little fuzzy to me, logo and all.
The text in the top is graphics so you might want to switch to using image in background and have actual text over it. Odd, the footer is an image. All of that text will be ignored. Was that the goal for that area? Check every image, make sure the "Alt Tag's" are not missing, noticed a few in different areas but did not check all. Also, when you do that make the tag relevant, not just "image one" or icon this. Websites have to really act like connecting lines like a real web. Everything cross connects and is related. Nice job on the site but I'm sure others have their views
