Site design is really cool, just one suggestion.. if you put your service part little upper position then it will be good from visitor point of view. Most of the web visitor hardly scroll the pages, so it will be better if you put your main service section in top of the page.

i need a banner pretty much, i think you should diversify and have a budget range for this

say 50 - 150 for those that just want the photoshop and flash banner work for their sites

i would be interested in this

email shane99876@hotmail.com - my site is Quality Flash Games

also perhaps provide expert advice such as terms of "fair use" regarding site content and use of images etc, you will notice i have some contraversial images in my banner, im going to endevour to find out exactly what i can and cant do but would appreciate a service that examines the issue professionally

It looks nice.

It's built using tables. WHY are web design company's still building in tables?

You could significantly reduce your redundant table tag-laden markup by using a table-less design.

My review won't go any further than that. Fix that, we'll chat.

Not a bad looking site from from a SEO stand point it needs work.

You use a h1 header tag 11 times in the page.

Your Home button links to webdesignexperts4u.com/index.html

these lines of code can be removed

Code:
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow, all"/>
<meta name="GOOGLEBOT" content="INDEX, FOLLOW" />
I would have not expected to see nested tables from a web design company. This is not necessarily a bad thing but it does not show anything as far as skill goes to anyone who looks.

Some of the sites in your portfolio do not seem quite right as:

Autolife\tend links to aviationclassifieds.com
becksteadcinema links to a https where there is no need for a https.

Most of your sites are flash. I would have liked to have seen a sample of all your programming skills. Some css layouts, php pages, e-commerce etc.

Thoughts
No prices is a bit of a turn off for me. Some web design companies when you call them first ask what can you afford. All the sudden their prices rise to meet my budget. A "prices start at XXX.XX" would have been nice. Also as far as your e-commerce goes, what carts do you use? What gateways will they work with? Are they recommended by that gateway?

Copy contains too many keyword repeats, company name often used too many times, typos, bad grammar and sentence structure, too much bold text, etc...all red flags to me that this company doesn't really know what they're doing SEO-wise.

Design-wise, I don't like the look of the red footer links or the red text on other pages. In the logo section, the "Help Us Help You" text/phone# doesn't look like the color choices really fit the rest of the site or especially the neighboring text/graphics.

The main thing throwing me off and what almost made me not bother to even look at the site was the domain name...
An expert is highly unlikely to use "4u" in their domain and more conveys a newbie, IMHO.

I know nothing about aesthetics. For SEO you violate several tenets of "conventional wisdom" EG:
1- <Title> should have one keyword phrase. That is not a superstition, but evidently a proven fact.
2- Different keyword for each page
3- full path link to every page from sitemap - as these pages seem to be all indexed in Google, perhaps it is not a problem.
4- Always link to main page as domain (not "index.html") and for "home" links, put a title attribute in the code
5- Probably the ratio of actual text to html code could be better.

"Website Design" may not be the best keyword to try to optimize for as there are 91 million of those in Google. It may take about 10 years for you to get to the top ten for those keywords, if that is what you are trying to do.

More at SEO - Search Engine Optimization

Yes I know, those pages won't get to the top 10 of SEO keyword anytime soon now either.
