Please Review - Quality Flash Games - Reworked based on forum advice

ive totally reworked the entire site from the ground up, im keen to hear back from those that remember the first DARK version with poor navigation and the like, and newcomers to the review of course.

I've made many changes including the provision of a suitable header and logo i made myself in photoshop cs3, game catergories, links to games via thumbnails, and decent menu.

hopefully should get some more great feedback anyway, to keep me going...

Not a bad layout and a good selection of games.
One thing I did not like was that I found myself searching to find what controls to use per game to play. Can you add this under the game when it loads or have a how to play link? Also looking at your header I'm worried about the use of copyrighted images.

Other then that not a bad site

thanks for comments, i had decided to put game controls on each game and embed code too where it applies, have to pretty up each game page slightly, thinking about some kind a colour scheme in a table not sure,

as to the copyright thing, i ve thought about that too, but ive been told it falls into "fair use" category, i hope that info is right, or maybe i should put a note in the legal section of the main page referring that any logos remain the trademark and property of their respetive owners, id like more feedback actually about that, i can say that the images i used were taken from a variety of free image sites, one was vista wallpaper official site, announcing it to be free wallpaper, i think i should be right, but i want to make sure, on all flash games sites, ive noted that they all have gifs with hundreds of different copyrighted images, im sure you know the animated ones im referrring to, all the top sites have them, and 500 000 viewers a year too, so yea, more input here would be good

alot of the games have the controls written into the games, but yea i should definately load up that stuff with a game description even on the game pages, so when they load there is another source of info to determine if your interested in what your looking at

check in again soon to see updates as they occur, im gonna look more into the "fair use" policy in copyright laws both international and Australia where im based, im counting on the fact that all the major sites do infact use copyrighted images constantly throughout their sites, and that since they obviously make a bit of money wouldve already been through the process of examining their rights under "fair use" policy.
