If you offer music, which may be appropriate for this audience, please allow it to be prominently and easily muted/paused. Ronnie keeps it short, a slight expansion on that might be: pick one thing to run around the screen chewing on bandwidth, and stop there. What gets higher conversions or generates more revenue for you? Life casting? The ultrasound videos? Pick one, I would think the ultrasound videos not thinking of conversions... they seem more more unique than slapping your hands into plaster or bronzing shoes.

I see no benefit and lots of distraction in the entire Flash banner. The flying text also distracts from your logo, which briefly and quickly explains what the site (should be) all about, the ultrasounds.

This one is more controversial, but most women look or think they look like crap while pregnant. Using anorexic models may generate sales, but does it accurately represent your target? Top-right in particular looks like someone asked a model who gags herself when she eats more than a carrot to hold this baby for a second.

Repeating same phrase in the Title tag from my experience doesn't do much for you SEO-wise. And finally, I like the cool factor of a sliding menu on the left, but will your users think to click it to get at your navigation? If you have 10 pages total, IMO you do not need a sliding menu.

Primary photo in the content is not immediately recognizable as an ultrasound machine, and the red border makes it look like a link to something, which it is not. Since you're not selling the ultrasound machine, you're selling "oh my little baby!" might want to consider a different picture.
