I think you have a nice Web page, but believe that your logo is a bit colourless, a bit difficult to see what it is, this may be perceived as frivolous.

But otherwise, you have done a good job

Don't like your logo and the greek? text on the right is also a bit of a mess. The rest of the page is clean cut so they just don't go together.

I'd slow the Flash down just a little so it isn't so intrusive. I think at its present speed you'll lose some visitors to the back button.
