Auto-complete is nice but too slow. My primary thought on hitting the site was "is this Google for... CEOs?" - and I couldn't find out in 30 seconds, so I left.

Unless you are Google-sized, it's good to provide a summary of "what can I do here" - though my ignorance of Turkish is not helping me there, maybe you already do.

In the USA data center I hit, your Title tags (or lack of them) make this your top result for your "ceoshare" search on Google:
