- my site is SEO friendly
- having convenient navigation
- my site is compatible with most of the browsers.
- Javascript compatibility
- Ad layouts are appropriate

1. Seems to be (SEO is never-ending, on page or off)

2 Mostly, could use some refinements, menu tree of some kind aside from listed links would be worth considering.

3 Seems to be in FF 2.x and IE 7

4 Worked for me.

5 This is where it comes down to the purpose of your site. I would currently define the purpose of the site to be "get people looking for VB tutorials to click my ads" which if the goal, works. AdSense along the top banner is particularly likely to get a click meant for your site shot off elsewhere. But then agani I am not a big fan of PPC, so take that for what it's worth.

3. Looks okay in Firefox and IE but looks best in Safari
5. Your link to .com/systemanalysis. I have a issue with. The ads by Google replaces your left nav bar and your top header navigation disappears.

You have a duplicate content issue that needs fixing.
In your site map you have:

Get navigation at left or at the bottom.

Need to go sort the HTML errors too.
Your header area has too many lines - dont' need either the Robots index follow or revisit metatags. and most of the stuff after description is redundant.
Remove the Javascript from the page and put in off page includes -reduces page size and saves loading every time new page loads.

If you really want to optimise the page - go for a tableless design.
