Blog tweak trouble - please review

I work on a Mac so generally use browsershots or netrenderer to check layout in PC browsers. Not ideal, I know.

For my recently launched blog, I'm going for a really simple, clean wordpress-based design but I seem to be having troubles with the bottom of the page in IE (at least according to browsershots).

Would you please check it out and tell me if it looks OK in your PC browsers.

In IE 7 the green background at the bottom doesn't go to the bottom, which means the links after (at time of this post) "It's all about the customer (and her" are hard to see as they are light green on white.

Looks me like the issue is in the CSS where #footer is height: 400px.
