just a few quick things

1. your title is to long and looks stuffed. Keep your title to 66 characters or less including spaces. After 60 characters, Google will cutoff the title when its displayed in the SERPs. Don't repeat words in title, although remember singular and plural are different words to Google.

2. The thumbnail images look grainy.

3. The box "We offer:" is very hard to read

4. Page seem to load slow.

5. Move the java script to an external .js

6. Your description. I would change the first part to "Bulgaria Real Estate Property for sale" Due to Keyword Prominence.

7. As to file names. Don't use underscores but in stead use hyphens so your Fivestar_BOUTIQUE_apartment_hotel.html should be Fivestar-BOUTIQUE-apartment-hotel.html
underscores are seen as a character to Google, while hyphens is interpreted as a space. Also I would make it all lower case.

8. Do not link the "home" button to 'www.betterhomes.bg/index.html' but link it to 'www.betterhomes.bg' to prevent duplicate content issues.

9. The top header looks big for the content it holds

10 Your sitemap.xml. This should use version 0.9 protocol set forth by sitemaps.org. Right now it is missing the !DOCTYPE

You could also consider some internal linking within the paragraph structure
Also i cant seem to find a sitemap anywhere
otherwise it looks pretty good, nice navigation, easy to use
