please review new website

Could you please review our new website. It's produced to support a cultural - educational project and it's done on a non profit basis so we don't have any great budget to design / implement and promote it. We would be really thanksful for any comments and hints how to improve search engeene optimalisation - is the design search engine friendly.

All websites are search engine friendly if you make them that way. Yours, unfortunately is way off. The key is not only making a site that is search friendly, but user friendly as well. A couple of quick pointers.

1. Make your links more understandable. I can barely make out what they say.

2. make seperate <title>'s for each page using descriptive coresponding keywords in each.

3. Move your CSS script into the <head> section or better yet, put the script in a seperate external file and link to it from the <head> section.

I hate it.

Don't like the white bold serif text on a gradient brown background.
Can't read the menu.
Depressing color scheme.
