Dark, dark everywhere - seems to me that making the interior (your main table) lighter would be of benefit. No flashing ROI in green please. Times New Roman, especially low-contrast, doesn't work very well for the tabbed navigation below the image banner. In Firefox at least, the padding to the right in the body cell is not equal to that of the left, just to be picky. Since you have an existing portfolio, hinting and driving towards that (with an image or two inthe body content) might not be a bad idea.

Cheers.

I think the blinking green removal helped if nothing else.

You may wish to review content also, there are a number of mild errors taking a toll on legitimacy, random example being...

"Our Graphic designs, have won some awards if that is important to you, it is not to us."

Logical and grammatical errors will turn clients away quickly (I should know).

as someone who might be interested in your services, the quote thing is always a little scary, to me at least. you have some nice examples of work on your site. could you not give what that site cost so that a potential customer could make some decisions about whether or not they could afford your services, without having to contact you first? or is that giving away too much competitive intelligence to competitors? idk, i think on the side of the consumer versus the protection. if i'm a consumer and i see your examples and like your work and can afford your price, i'm more apt to initiate contact via the web. just my thoughts, but i know most people are protective.

with regards to the site design, i like it.
