It's a nice enough layout but there's really no sense asking for a site review unless it's in English.

Aside from that, even considering that it's hosted in China, it does load quite slowly.

But then again, you're really more interested in building traffic than you are in a legitimate review, aren't you?

That's a rhetorical question, no need to answer.

I think Dubbya is spot on with his review but put that aside and I'm still not sure what the site is about. You state it is a blog site. But blog are mostly geared towards one topic. Your more of a news site but you lack organization of the news on your main page. Your main page has U.S., Japan, Korea and Russia news that is all over the place as far as topic goes.
Your sites main news topic seems to be fashion but if that is the case what is the article on U.S. oil prices doing on it....
Also I feel you need to organize your news by region and topic to make it easier on your visitors.

I would not call this site a blog site as there is no place to leave a comment, Login, create an account, etc that I saw. It also seems to have no original content. The content it does have seems to be off of a news feed or just cut and past.
